WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Items that are ready to ship and be sent out within 3-5 business days.
Made to order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Shipping times will vary based on location and Canada Posts shipment time.
For preorders, the fabrics are being custom printed and will take about 8-14 weeks to be printed. Once the printing process is complete, they are then shipped to us which can take 2-3 weeks. This is in addition to our normal turnaround time.
SHIPPING
Once shipped, LuxLoveCo is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The standard, $5 rate is shipped lettermail and does not include tracking or insurance. We always recommend you pay the extra for tracking for your protection.
US Shipping is available at a fixed rate of $11 CAD for untracked shipping (Small Packet - Air) or $18 CAD for Tracked Packet.
Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to file any claims with Canada Post for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?
Due to the custom nature of our products, LuxLoveCo does not generally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have questions or concerns about an order you’ve placed or if there are problems with an order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution to rectify the situation.
ARE THE COLOURS OF GARMENTS ACCURATE?
Colours may appear slightly different once received. We do our best to make sure the picture you see reflects the true color of the garments however, due to differences in monitors, screens and lighting, colours may be slightly different than expected.
DISCOUNT CODES
Any discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout and are not valid on any previous purchases. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
